Traffic lights are being moved into the bike lane, making the road far too narrow to be safe for cyclists. The move has been forced by a construction site. This junction is already a traffic hotspot/bottleneck, and the most dangerous cyclist junction in Biel. Those installing the traffic light told me that this scenario will be in place for a year. This has not been thought through from the perspective of cyclists.
